Recommended further investigations in conjunction with your GP.
We have a food-first focus but consider the prescription of supplements when appropriate to your needs.
We educate you on how your condition works and how to manage it using the latest evidence-based research.
We have a client-centred approach integrating the skills of Motivational Interviewing for long-term success.
We come up with a plan/ goals together, checking in with motivation over time. This may include providing resources after your session.
