OUR APPROACH

Our focus is holistic, meaning that we go beyond diet coaching. We focus on addressing the condition at hand through a number of ways. This includes:

  • Clearly discussing and analysing your clinical signs and symptoms (such as bloating, bowels habits, skin integrity, energy levels, etc.)

  • Interpreting your relevant blood tests / investigations with you in relation to your diet.

  • Recommended further investigations in conjunction with your GP.

  • We have a food-first focus but consider the prescription of supplements when appropriate to your needs.

  • We educate you on how your condition works and how to manage it using the latest evidence-based research.

  • We have a client-centred approach integrating the skills of Motivational Interviewing for long-term success.

  • We come up with a plan/ goals together, checking in with motivation over time. This may include providing resources after your session.
