Gut and Mental Health Diet Expert.

Gut and mental health conditions have become the focus of my career seeing the significant impact that focusing on these can have on our overall health. With research indicating that 1 in 7 Australians currently suffer from distressing gut symptoms, and that 1 in 5 Australians being impacted by a mental health condition in a given year, many people are living with conditions which can be supported through dietary management.

You may be feeling overwhelmed by the conflicting nutritional information out there. You might not even know where to start. Perhaps you have even been living with a condition such as IBS for years and have almost given up on the hope of ever getting your symptoms under control. Perhaps you have just been diagnosed with a condition such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease and want a place to start and someone to explain your condition to you, look through your blood tests, scans, chat through your symptoms, and even explain how your medications or supplements fit into the picture. Or maybe you have been considering which foods and supplements may naturally support your mental health.

This is where I can help!
